Who we are
IDEVERGE is a brand operated by Anointed Consulting, LLC, 4900 Old Highway 11, Suite 4, Hattiesburg, MS 39402 ("IDEVERGE", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.
Information you give us
Account information: when you create an account we collect your email address and password (stored securely by our authentication provider; we never see your password in plain text), or the basic profile details provided by Google if you sign in with Google. Product Signal sign-ups: when you request the free Product Signal PDF we collect your first name, email address, the date and time you signed up and the source of the sign-up. Support requests: any information you choose to include when you contact us.
Purchases and payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card and payment details are entered directly into Stripe's secure payment form and are processed by Stripe, not stored by IDEVERGE. From Stripe we receive and keep order records such as the product purchased, amount, currency, payment status, the email address used at checkout and Stripe reference identifiers. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the information it processes.
Digital-product delivery
Purchased files are delivered through your IDEVERGE Account. We record your orders so that only you can access your purchases. Download links are private and expire after a short time. If a payment is refunded or disputed, access to the related product is removed.
Email communications
We use MailerLite to send marketing and follow-up emails, and our own sending service for account and transactional messages (such as password resets). If you sign up for Product Signal, you will receive the PDF and follow-up emails from IDEVERGE. If you buy a product, you may receive emails related to that product. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops future marketing emails. Transactional messages about your account or purchases may still be sent where needed.
Cookies and technical information
The site uses browser storage that is necessary to keep you signed in and to run secure checkout. Our hosting and service providers may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and pages requested, for security and to operate the service. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
Analytics
We may use privacy-conscious visitor analytics provided by our hosting platform to understand overall site traffic. If we add additional analytics or tracking tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
How we use information
To provide your account, process and record purchases, deliver products you are entitled to, deliver the free Product Signal PDF, send emails you have requested or agreed to receive, respond to support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, keep the service secure and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run IDEVERGE, including Stripe (payments), MailerLite (email marketing), our website hosting, database, file-storage and authentication provider, and our transactional email provider. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
Data retention
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active and as needed for accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute and legal purposes. Product Signal sign-up records are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed. Unsubscribe records are kept so we continue to honor your choice.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls on order and file records, private file storage and time-limited download links. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email. You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing support@ideverge.com or by mail at the address above. We may need to verify your identity, and we may keep certain records where required by law (for example, transaction records).
Children
IDEVERGE is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page.
