Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of the IDEVERGE website and products. IDEVERGE is a brand operated by Anointed Consulting, LLC, 4900 Old Highway 11, Suite 4, Hattiesburg, MS 39402. By using the site, creating an account or buying a product, you agree to these Terms.
Digital products
IDEVERGE sells downloadable educational digital products, currently Zero to Offer and Complete Build System, and offers the free Product Signal PDF. Product descriptions explain what is included. Build Lab is a planned product and is not available for purchase.
Accounts and access
You must sign in to an account to buy a paid product. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Purchases are available to download from your IDEVERGE Account after payment is confirmed. Download links are time-limited for security; you can generate a new link from your Account while your purchase remains active. We recommend saving your files after download.
Personal-use license
When you buy a product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may use the frameworks and worksheets to develop your own offers and products.
Prohibited use
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, publish, upload to file-sharing sites, or give away IDEVERGE products or substantial portions of them; share your account or download links with others; present IDEVERGE materials as your own product; use the site for unlawful purposes; attempt to bypass security or access controls; or interfere with the site's operation.
Intellectual property
The IDEVERGE name, brand, site content and products are owned by Anointed Consulting, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.
AI-assisted tools and outputs
Some products include prompts and workflows for use with third-party AI tools. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before relying on it, and for your use of any third-party AI service under its own terms.
Educational nature; your responsibility
IDEVERGE products are educational and informational. They are not legal, financial, tax or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying information, making your own decisions and complying with laws that apply to your business.
No guarantee of results
We do not guarantee any business results, including demand, sales, revenue, income or profitability. Results depend on your market, execution and many factors outside our control. Any examples are illustrative only.
Payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Your order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.
Refunds
Refund requests may be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date, as described in our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded or disputed, access to the related product is removed.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anointed Consulting, LLC and IDEVERGE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or products will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to the site or your account if you breach these Terms, including by sharing or redistributing products. You may stop using the site at any time.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
